Kroger, union reach pact for some stores in South

<div id="subtitle">Kroger reaches tentative agreement with union covering workers in Savannah and Atlanta</div><div><p>The Kroger Co. said Tuesday that it has reached a tentative agreement in contract talks with the United Food and Commercial Workers Union.</p><p>The agreement covers nearly 20,000 employees in stores in and near Atlanta and Savannah, Ga.</p><p>Kroger's Atlanta Division said the agreement addresses jobs and health care benefits for employees and their families.</p><p>The details will be released after members vote on the pact.</p><img src="http://admatch-syndication.mochila.com/images/ad.gif?aid=68755541&bid=informcom" /></div><div id="copyright"><div>
